Members of the Executive Committee are elected at each Annual General Meeting of the Owner’s Corporation. The Executive Committee has limited authority to oversee the effective management of the Strata Plan on behalf of all owners for the following twelve month period. Following each Annual General Meeting, the Executive Committee at its first Executive Committee Meeting elects a Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer.
The Executive Committee makes decisions and gives directions to the Building Manager and the Strata Manager.
The Castle Vale Executive Committee comprises five owner residents.
