Gerry Incollingo from Sydney Strata Services and Colin Volkofsky from Volkofsky & Brown have just completed an amicable and successful handover of responsibility for Building Management services at Castlevale.
Gerry brings 15 years of experience in the Building Management industry and his company Sydney Strata Services manages a wide range of medium to large complexes throughout Sydney.
As Building Manager, Gerry will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of all building services at Castlevale including utilities supply, fire safety, lift maintenance, building maintenance and repair, rubbish removal, cleaning of common property and pool upkeep and maintenance.
He will be supported by Jacob Kim whose company JK Services employs Steve Soo our current cleaner, Graham Fish who has done such a great job looking after the pool for many years and our regular contractors such as Reactive Plumbing, My Locksmith, Prime Water, Schindler Lifts and Wilson Security to name a few.
